Lakeview Village is a master-planned waterfront community on the Lake Ontario shoreline in southeast Mississauga, built on the former Lakeview coal plant lands. It covers 177 acres and is planned for about 12,000 homes, with parks, a rebuilt public pier and a waterfront promenade.

The first homes are expected in 2027. Expected move-ins by project: Harbourwalk 2029, Aquanova 2029, Pier House Towns 2027, Aura 2027 and Southbanks 2029. Dates are set by the builders and can change.
